Zirconia brick


Primarily used for medium-frequency induction furnaces for cemented carbides, linings for molten quartz furnaces, and working or insulating linings for ultra-high-temperature equipment operating at temperatures above 2000℃.


Product Introduction

  This product boasts high purity (ZrO₂ + stabilizer content ≥ 99%), excellent high-temperature resistance (operating temperature up to 2200℃), superior thermal insulation performance, and outstanding chemical stability. It is primarily used as a lining material for medium-frequency induction furnaces for cemented carbides, linings for molten quartz furnaces, and as working or insulating linings for ultra-high-temperature equipment operating at temperatures above 2000℃. The product has been adopted and promoted by more than 30 manufacturers nationwide and is also exported in significant quantities to countries such as the United States and Pakistan. Annual production capacity is 500 tons.
