Corundum-mullite brick

Corundum-mullite bricks are widely used in equipment such as slag-gasification furnaces, second-stage reforming furnaces for ammonia synthesis, carbon black reactors, and refractory kilns.

Product Introduction

Corundum-mullite bricks are made primarily from imported tabular corundum and high-purity electrofused corundum, utilizing advanced ultrafine powder addition technology. The raw materials are mixed, dried, and formed into blanks, then fired in a high-temperature shuttle kiln. These bricks are composed of high-purity refractory powders that meet stringent quality standards. Based on the specific density requirements of the product, organic composite fillers are added, and the mixture is then shaped via vacuum extrusion before being sintered at high temperatures to produce lightweight mullite products. Corundum-mullite bricks are widely used in equipment such as slag-gasification furnaces, second-stage conversion furnaces for ammonia synthesis, carbon black reactors, and various refractory kilns.

Product Features

  1. Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity
